Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed delivery information, including a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We offer a flat shipping rate of 80 EGP on all orders across Egypt.

The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Refunds or exchanges are only available in the following cases:

• You receive an item that is different from the one you ordered.
• The item arrives damaged or defective.
